Servicing

We have now been servicing skis and snowboards in Ipswich, Suffolk for over 30 years and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fixing your ride. Be it a simple wax and edge or reattaching an edge after a jibbing session that turned bad, bring your skis or snowboard to SnowSun Adrenaline Sports.

Every tune is done using state of the art Wintersteiger precision machinery and every ski and/or snowboard are waxed and conditioned by hand to give the precise and personal tune that you require from your equipment.

 

Ski & Board Servicing Price List

 Full Service - £25

  • Bases sanded, removing old wax and scratches.
  • Stone grind to achieve a flat and smooth base and structure.
  • Edges sharpened and detuned.
  • Waxed by hand, brushed and hand polished.

Wax & Edge - £18

  • Base & edges scrapped and cleaned.
  • Edges are sharpened and detuned.
  • Waxed by hand, brushed and hand polished.

Wax - £12

  • Bases and edges are scrapped & cleaned.
  • Waxed by hand, brushed and hand polished.

Edge - £7

  • Edges are sharpened.
  • Hand polish edges using diamond files.
  • Detune.

Base Grind - £12

  • Bases sanded, removing old wax and scratches.
  • Stone grind to achieve a flat and smooth base and structure.

Base Repairs - start from - £3

  • Repair base scratches with P-Tex or patch insert for a more severe damage.

Rail Binding Mount - £25

Flat Deck Binding Mounting - £45

With any repair we always recommend having a service to get your board or skis back to fighting fitness.

We also do boot modification and custom footbeds, please have a look at what we can offer. Recently we have designed a tool which can stretch the toe box without deforming the boot.
